Description

FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing its intent to issue an RFQ for the following services: Fabrication and construction of Two (2) each Portable Sail Staging, for SSN688 Class Submarines per NavSea Drawing 991-7022497. Current drawings and or technical data packages are available. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for the required items. Contractors that have the experience and expertise in fabrication and manufacturing processes that can provide this type of material are encouraged to submit a request for the RFQ. All items are to be delivered to SIMA-SD, San Diego, CA 92136. Submit requests for the RFQ to the Contracting Officer via e-mail or fax no later than COB 1600 PM, PST, August 13, 2001. The RFQ will be issued on or about August 14, 2001. The solicitation period closes COB 1600 PM, PST, August 31, 2001. All request s must contain: Solicitation number, Company name, cage code, current address, phone, fax number, e-mail address and government sales representative. This notice is issued as unrestricted. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contract Registration applies to all solicitations issued on or after 6-1-98.
