Description

The Aviators Oxygen Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), intends to acquire through other than full and open competition Performance of a Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) for V-22 Oxygen Nitrogen Concentrator Test Set (P/N 3300204-6101). The PCA is conducted to insure that engineering drawings, specifications, technical data, and tests utilized in the production of the O2N2 Concentrator Test Set reflect accurately the Test Sets that are delivered to the Navy. The test set selected for the PCA shall be a test set with a configuration which has successfully passed all the testing requirements of Boeing contract # AHV009.Oxygen Nitrogen Concentrator Test Set, P/N 3300204-6101 in support of the V-22 Support Equipment Program. The Government believes that only one responsible source, i.e., Boeing Helicopters Division of the Boeing Co., Route 291 and Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA, 19078, can provide the supplies and services that will satisfy the government requirements. This synopsis constitutes the total solicitation. There will be no other formal Request For Quotation (RFQ), or other information regarding these requirements.
