Description

In accordance with Public Law 106-419, the Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) intends to award a sole source contract to Research Triangle Institute (RTI) to conduct a study on Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. This is a follow-up study to the study conducted in accordance with section 102 of the Veterans Health Care Amendments of 1983 (Public Law 98-160). Information received will be solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no affirmative response is received from another source by August 16, 2001, a contract will be negotiated and awarded to RTI. See Note 22.
