Description

Commercial Item Contract using FAR Part 15 to provide Audiology Services to the VA Salt Lake City Healthcare System. This is a 100% small business set aside. Contract will begin on date of award for a one year period with four one year options to renew. Issue Date on or about August 17, 2001 with RFP closing on September 14, 2001.
