Description

This is Amendment No. 3 to RFP 2001-N-00096, Legislative Database Services. The following corrections are hereby made to the solicitation. Under CONTRACT CLAUSES, eliminate FAR provisions 52.216-24, Limitation of Government Liability, and 52.216-25, Contract Definitization. Add to the end of same sentence "apply to this acquisition." The following correction is hereby made to Amendment No. 2. The sentence "Proposals must be received on that date by 2:00pm" should read "Proposals must be received on that date by 2:00 pm, EST."
