Description

See Numbered Notes 1, 9, 13, & 26. NSN:8475-00-123-9113 (s); in accordance with MIL-DTL-83197B, dated 12 Feb. 1996 & Notice 1, dated 22 June 1998. Patterns, Liner, Anti-Exposure Flying Coveralls, CWU-23/P #68J241-51 Revision A, dated 8/17/73. A Solicitation will be issued for Liner, Anti-Exposure Flying Coveralls, CWU-23/P (10 sizes) as an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) with a Base Year and four (4) 100% Mandatory Term Options. Estimated Quantity for the Base Year is 1303 Ea MIN; 1700 EA MAX. Estimated Quantities for the four mandatory option years are 1700 EA MIN; 3000 EA MAX. This solicitation will be a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Firms. The destinations for the subject item are Defense Depot Tracy, CA and Defense Depot New Cumberland, PA. Production Leadtime is 180 days after date of award. First Article Samples (not separately priced) are required (2/ea of size 1, 2/ea of size 4, 2/ea of size 7, 2/ea of size 10) 90 days after date of award. Best Value/Source Selection Procedures will be utilized in making an award. Solicitation closing date of Sept. 18, 2001 is estimated.
