Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a requirement for the cleaning of the exterior and interior of the HUD Headquarters Building at 451 7th Street, SW., Washington, DC. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. as, supplemented with additional information included in this notice, Solicitation "Q1QNCAA0003" is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, the following clauses apply: 52.212-1: Instruction to Offerors, 52.212.2: Evaluation-Commercial Items, 52.212-4: Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5: Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. All Offerors are advised to complete a copy of the provision at 52.212-3: Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer. This acquisition is 100% "Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 561790 and the Small Business Size Standard is $5.0 million. This is a firm-fixed price acquisition. All Offerors must be geographically located within 100 miles of the Washington, Metropolitan area.
