- Description
- The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, is soliciting offers to purchase services to perform a gas leak survey for military family housing. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04684-01-T-0539 and will be issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The NAIC code is 541690 and the size standard is $5,000,000.00 in annual receipts. Please include a summary of how work is to be accomplished with a timeline. Final report is due to be delivered to 30 CES/CEOEM no later than 45 days after award. The contractor is to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to provide the service as follows: 1. Perform a gas leak survey for military family housing on Vandenberg AFB. 2. Provide a written report to show the location for all gas leaks throughout MFH. 3. Recommend solutions for repair. The gas leak survey will encompass 1331 residential houses, which make up approximately 245,000 linear feet of gas line. =20 The provisions at FAR 52.212-1 ?Instructions to Offerors? apply to this acquisition. This service is being procured and awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13.
