Description

FISC NORVA DET Philadelphia intends to procure through full and open competition program support services for the Naval Supply Systems Command, Hazardous Materials Control and Management Program Office. The required services include Web-based Applications, Program Support, Faciltization, Survey, Training, Privitization Support and Documentation, Database Administration, Material Safety Datasheet Management and Processing, Environmental Planning, Documentation and Compliance Support, Solid Waste Management Program Support, Waterfront Support, Standardized Ship-to-Shore Interface Offload Support, Mobile Reuse Center Program Support, Meetings and Conference Support, Financial Expertise, CD-Rom Preparation and Distribution, Shelf-Life Management Support, HAZMAT Computer/Software Equipment Management, Fleet Training, and Telephone Advisory Services among other areas. The services are to be performed at various CONUS and OCONUS installations. Placement of a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract under which task orders shall be issued is anticipated. The estimated period of performance will be for a base period of nine (9) months extending from 01 January to 30 September 2002. The requirement will also include provision for four (4) option periods of twelve (12) months each. The solicitation shall require the submission of technical and cost proposals. This is an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by FISC NORVA Det Phila. The Request for Proposals will be made available electronically upon its release at htttp://www.neco.navy.mil. It is the Government?s intention to release this solicitation through electronic means only. =20
