Description

The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Indianapolis anticipates a sole source award of a purchase order to JD Donahue and Assoc. (JDDA). The order will for maintenance of DFAS wide site license for MADS/MADCAP software for document printing systems, located in Indianapolis, Denver and Columbus. The software covered by this contract is covered by copyright laws of the United States and is the proprietary property of JDDA. The software is used on equipment that processes checks, bonds, advice of payments and other documents. The period of performance is 10/1/01-09/30/02. Responses from responsible sources will be considered. Responses must include sufficient documentation to allow this office to evaluate the possibility of your firm to submit a valid proposal. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. If the requirement is found to be other than sole source, no additional CBD Announcement will be published. The planned release of a RFQ for this requirement is on or about August 6, 2001. Requests for information must be in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored.
