Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Process (SAP) to Sprectra-Physics, 1344 Terra Bella Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94943 under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). The North American Industry Classification System Code is 421490; the small business size standard is 100 employees. Procurement is for one (1) each CLIN 0001 Solid State Diode Pumped Forensic Laser System, CLIN 0002 Forensic Fiber ACC, CLIN 0003 Forensic Adapter. Spectra-Physics is only firm that meets the Government's requirements for providing this solid state portable equipment, therefore, this procurement is a SOLE SOURCE and NO solicitation is available. Letters and telephone requests will not be accepted and are considered non-responsive to this CBD Announcement.
