The Portland District intends to place an order with Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon, 4012 SE 17th Avenue, Portland, Oregon, for annual Tri-Met transit passes for Federal employees of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, for a period of one (1) year (September 1, 2001, through August 31, 2001). Statutory authority for other than full and open competition exists at 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) & FAR 6.201-1.
