Description

Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for 515 each Dielectric Shields to be fabricated from 4 x 9 foot sheets of 1/2 inch thick clear acrylic plastic. Each sheet shall be cut into two 2 X 9 foot sheets. All sharp edges and corners shall be broken with 0.125 inch chamfer, and line-bent along the 9 foot axis to form a 1 X 1 foot right angle. The inner bend shall be no less than 0.375 inch. Ship with film masking. 100% Small Business Set Aside is applicable; Central Contractor Registration is required; and, award shall be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
