Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DAAD05-01-T-0636. The government intends on negotiating solely with RFI Corporation, 100 Pine Aire Drive, Bay Shore, NY 11706 because only Powerline Filters manufactured by RFI Corp will fit into our Biological Integrated Detection System. CLIN 0001 FILTER, PN RF15303, Powerline DC 2-W 200A (41 EA); CLIN 0002 FILTER, PN FSRU-60B4Y, Powerline AC 4-W 60A (41 EA); CLIN 0003 CONNECTOR, PN RF16051-1, filtered (41 EA); CLIN 0004 CONNECTOR, PN RF16052-1, filtered (41 EA); and CLIN 0005 CONNECTOR, PN RF16053-1, filtered (41 EA). Requisition Numbers W90B3W12013102-3106. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are "Price and Past Performance" and "less important than price". A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, must be provided with offers.
