- MODIFICATION 0004: This modification amends the previously issued combined synopsis/solicitation for RFQ 20903-021 as follows: Item: (vi) The travel distance of the I.P.L. (Distance from landing to landing) is 56 inches. This is additional information to item (vi). Also Item (xvi) now reads the quotes are due by 4:00 P.M. on August 8, 2001 to the following address: FPC Allenwood, Regional Contracting Office, P.O. Box 1000, Montgomery, Pa. 17752 (Regular Mail) or Route 15, 5 miles north of Allenwood (Federal Express, etc.). All else remains the same.
