Description

The work includes paving of approximately 230 tons of asphalt concrete and 300 tons of base material for the trailhead and the grading and base material for a bus turnaround area. Also included is the demolition of rock hardscape and curbing and the construction of new hardscape areas (approximately 3250 square feet) with colored concrete and 565 lineal feet of curbing with colored concrete and exposed aggregate finish. The contract also requires the contractor to furnish and install site ammedities which include a bear-proof trash container and a recycling container. The work also includes the installation of approximately 220 lineal feet of waterline and installatiaon of a new drinking fountain and the relocation of the existing drinking fountain. Optional items include 125 lineal feet of wall seating as well as an amphitheater. Estimated cost range of this project is $25,000 -- $100,000. Project is located in San Bernardino County, California. NAICS Code; 234990. Scheduled issue date for this Solicitation is 08/16/01.
