Description

Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15 for removal and disposal of hazardous and infectious waste for VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, 1000 Locust St., Reno, NV 89502, a Department of Veterans Affairs facility within Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 21). Contract period is October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15.The following provisions and clauses apply plus any addenda: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items.
