Description

The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity is seeking sources for conference support services. The Conference is expected to last (3) three to (4) four days at a location that is yet to be identified. This is the third year for the Conference. The support services required include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) Provide recommendations for proposed Conference facilities to include availability, cost analysis, and local attractions. 2) Coordinate site visits to locations being considered. 3) Host a web-site to provide for registration of attendees. (Provide updated database, as necessary.) 4) Recommend, coordinate travel for and honorarium for speakers. 5) Book and coordinate a block of rooms for attendees. 6) Daily on-site registration of all attendees. 7) Production of name badges. 8) Arrange for a plenary, conference command center and hospitality suite, breakout rooms and a separate exhibit room for vendor displays. 9) Coordinate advertising for the Conference. 10) Furnish Conference follow-up analysis, documentation and summaries. This procurement will be considered for Small Disadvantages Business, 8a, or other set-aside. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Interested vendors are requested to provide a two-page information paper, listing company capabilities, pricing structure, GSA schedule number (if applicable), Small Business/SDB status, previous experience history (to include reference and phone no.) and full corporate point-of-contact information.
