Description

Concerns having the ability to furnish the services described herein are requested to give written notification (including the telephone number for a point of contact) to the procurement office above within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this synopsis. The Contractor shall have expert knowledge of diffusion theory as an evaluation tool to measure the effectiveness of the USGS Leadership Development program and to provide guidance on areas that need improving within the program. Also required is expert knowledge of the USGS Leadership Development program to date specifically including active participation in the program, understanding of the vision and goals of the program, and understanding of the USGS Strategic Plan. Experience in the empirical investigation of adoption decision-making using survey research designs and advanced statistical model in social sciences is also required. Because Walden Consulting was awarded the first phase of the contract and in order for the second and final phase to have continuity the project must be completed with Walden Consulting. TheGovernment considers this service specified as a sole source from Walden Consulting 843 Burg St. Granville, OH 43023. Firms who feel that they can furnish the required service are invited to submit in writing an affirmative response to this announcement. An affirmative response would include literature, brochures and such other materials, which correspond to the required service stated herein. This information will be evaluated and used to determine if competitive opportunities exist. Since no solicitation document exists, requests for such documents without accompanying information consideration non-responsive to this request without further consideration. This notice may represent the Government's only official notice of this procurement. Note 1.
