Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms seeks to procure a contractor to implement and develop field training exercises (FTX's) and a program of periodic crisis management in service training seminars for all levels of ATF employees. Additionally, the contractor must address the possible merging of the crisis management concepts into the ATF's operational doctrine so as to support the management of major investigations and critical incidents/threats. Specific requirements: 1. The contractor must have at least ten (10) years experience as a Supervisory Special Agent employed by a federal law enforcement agency; 2. The contractor must have had at least five years experience assigned to a federal law enforcement agency's specialized unit responsible for crisis management training; and 3. The contractor must have played a key role in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of various crisis management training exercises to include: agency specific, as well as, interagency exercises.
