Description

The 189th Airlift Wing and supported Geographically Separated Units (GSU) has a requirement for the services of a Family Readiness & Support Services Manager. Principal duties include providing administrative assistance to the 189 Airlift Wing Community Manager, developing and implementing a family readiness and support program, provide consultation and assistance in identifying and addressing family issues and demographic trends which impact mission readiness and retention. Travel to attend conferences, workshops, and meetings on quality of life and family readiness and support issues may be required. The solicitation will be issued o/a 15 Aug 01 with proposals due o/a 17 Sep 01. The performance period will have a base year and one (1) option year, should the Government elect to accept the option. Offerors will be required to provide a written proposal and may be required to provide an oral presentation prior to final selection for contract award. The written proposal and oral presentation if required will be rated on the following factors: (A) Understanding and Conformance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS); (B) Management Plan; (C) Past Performance, and (D) Price. All evaluation factors including price will be of equal weight. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
