The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract for Genetic/Dysmorphology Evaluation and Consultant Services to The University Physicians located in Tucson, Arizona, under the authority of 41 USC 253 (c)(1). Contract award shall be for a base year with four one-year options. See Note 22*****
