This notice is for Amendment 0002 which provides for a one-time only submission opportunity under Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) DASG60-00-0001. BAA DASG60-00-0001 was issued under the provisions of paragraph 6.102(d)(2) of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, which provides for the competitive selection of research proposals. Contract(s) based on responses to this BAA are considered to be the result of full and open competition and in full compliance with the provisions of PL 98-369, "The Competition in Contracting Act of 1984." Awards as a result of this announcement will take the form of a contract.
