Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for IT Training class certificates for Headquarters FORSCOM, Fort McPherson, Georgia. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being prepared in accordance with the procedures and format of FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. These training certificates are to be used for IT training courses. Coupons are to be good for use for two (2) years from date of award. Coupons are also to state that they may be used at of the vendor's training centers. While the Government anticipates using the coupons for IT Training, the Government reserves the right to use the coupons for any course offered by the vendor (New Horizons). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 4TEF21016594 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) under ITSS at https://it-solutions.gsa.gov/. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. This requirement is not being set-aside. The deliverable due date is a30 days ARO. Delivery will be made to Mr. Satterlund, HQ FORSCOM, Fort McPherson, GA 30330-1062. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items, award will be made to the offeror who best meets the technical requirements at the lowest price; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders (a); (b) 0(1), (3), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (16).
