This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and FAR 13.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, USZA99-01-Q-0039, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The government will make a determination of best value based on the evaluation factors cited.
