Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to furnish and install concrete graveliners at Barrancas National Cemetery, 80 Hovey Road, Pensacola, FL 32508-1054. Contract covers base period October 1, 2001 (or date of contract award, whichever is later), through September 30, 2002, with four 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2006. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 and a size standard of 500 employees are applicable. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Ms. Janice Corlew, Contract Specialist, and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable), payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." Please reference Solicitation Number IFB 786-05-02-01 on remittances. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about August 3, 2001.
