Description

REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 52,000 net rentable square feet which will produce approximately 46,000 BOMA usable square feet for the U.S. Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service. The agency is currently occupying space under a lease that expires November 30, 2003. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The cost of moving, alterations, telecommunications relocation, etc. will be taken into consideration when deciding whether to relocate. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Approximately 10,000 square feet of office space must be contiguous on the first floor. The building should have a secured lobby. Twenty four (24) hours use of the building utilities is required. LOCATION: This space shall be within the North Central Area of San Antonio, to be bordered by 410 on the North and West, Interstate 10 on the East, and Bandera Road/State Loop/Spur Highway 421 on the South EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address 2) Square footage offered 3) Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 4) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
