Description

U -- The US Army War College is soliciting contract proposals for Global Command and Control System (GCCS) Instruction Services. The period of performance is from 20 August 2001 (or DAC) to 27 July 2002 on a intermittent part time basis. Work will be performed at Carlisle Barracks PA. Significant GCCS and other DOD Logistics systems experience is required. The instructor must have excellent computer and communication skills, with adult development experience using WEB distance education tools. Instructor must be able to quickly obtain a Secret Security Classification. This acqusition is unrestricted and best value source selection decisional rules will be used.
