Description

The Federal Housing Finance Board (Finance Board) intends to issue a solicitation for commercially available services in accordance with FAR Part 12 The Finance Board is seeking a highly qualified firm to perform an independent financial/compliance audit and render an opinion on the financial statements of the Finance Board. The audit shall be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and with Government Auditing Standards (1994 revision) as issued by the comptroller General of the United States. The scope shall encompass the audit of financial records and related information, including an evaluation of compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies of the Finance Board, and an evaluation of internal controls over financial reporting. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel and any other services to conduct the audit. The period of performance shall be for 1 base year and three 1-year options.
