Description

This contract will crush aggregate at the following government owned pits, located on the Chippewa National Forest. Contractor will be required to crush to the specifications as per the contract and stockpile in the pit for future use by the Government. Incidental clearing and/or slope preparation and cleanup will be incidental to the crushing. Contractor will be responsible for completing all testing as per the specifications with the quality assurance testing done by the Government as needed. Contractor will comply with all State, Federal and Local laws and regulations while crushing on Federal Land. Desired date for starting work is September 15, 2001. Recommended contract time is 120 days. See numbered note #1.
