Description

Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to design, furnish, install, and test an automatic lubrication system with software and accessories in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications. The system shall accommodate the lubrication requirement for two (2) spillway radial gates (four trunnion bushings) and shall be complete with weatherproof enclosure, electrical pumps, pressure gauges, programmable logic controller (PLC), PLC programming software and PLC program, distributing valves, hydraulic grease lines, programmable heat cable controller and current transformer, enclosure heaters and thermostats, control system and controls. There are drawings included in the specifications that cannot be transmitted electronically, therefore, vendors desiring to quote on the above may request an RFQ package by (1) phone at 406-247-7301, (2) FAX at 406-247-7338 (Attn: MT-112), and (3) e-mail at tcarrillo@gp.usbr.gov. This is a total small business set-asided. Quotes from other than small business will be considered if no quotes from small business are received.
