NOUN: Transformer, Electric Sol; NSN: 5950-00-416-8279; P/N:109515; QTY: 978; U/I: Each; Delivery: NOV01 to Tinker AFB, OK; APPLICABLE TO: F100 engine; SIZE/DIMENSIONS: 4.188 inches long X 1.375 inches in diameter; PREDOMINANT MATERIAL: Copper wire and steel; FORM/FIT/FUNCTION: Transformer flanges are welded to exciter case, transformer produces voltage for igniter plug. 3. Anticipated Solicitation issue date: 1AUG01. Anticipated award date: 26NOV01. No telephone solicitation requests will be accepted. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of the SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible Source Approval for future awards.
