Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE), New Jersey intends to enter into negotiations with TAMSCO Inc. at Calverton, MD 20705 to procure 150 units of the Push Bars in support of the H-60 Program. Delivery shall be as follows: Production of fifty (50) units ten weeks after receipt of the order (ARO) and one hundred units (100) twelve weeks ARO. The Government intends to procure these services under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. Responses should reference N68335-01-M-0678. Information must be received no later than 13 August 2001. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
