Description

The USDA Forest Service intends to award a construction contract under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to demolish and remove two aluminum frame glass greenhouses and two quonet huts, complete at our Delaware, OH Lab. Work includes demolition of above including concrete fouindations and disconnection of power and water lines, patching all holes through the walls of adjacent buildings, removal of approx. 1800 sq ft of asbestos board on the bottom of all walls in the greenhouses, and replacement of approx 85 ft of sheeting, siding, soffit and 2 exterior doors on Pubs warehouse. SIC is 1794. Estimated price range is $25,000 -- $50,000. Request for solicitation must be in writing by mail or fax to 610-557-4224. This project is NOT set-aside for small business.
