Description

Construction of a Physical Fitness Training Center at Fort Campbell, Kentucky (approximately 37,000 square feet). Work includes excavation, typical masonry building construction, utilities (electric, water, sewer, telephone, fiber optices, etc), roads, parking and landscaping. Facility includes gymnasium with basketball, volleyball, bleachers, weight rooms, exercise rooms, administrative offices, storage, showers, sauna/toilet rooms and mechanical/electrical space, etc. The estimated total value is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Solicitation to be issued on or about 08 Aug 2001. Proposals will be due on or about 13 Sep 2001, 4:30 p.m. local time. North American Industry CLassification System (NAICS)is 233320. THIS PROJECT IS 8(A) COMPETITIVE and is limited to contractors certified in REGION 4 which includes the states of AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC and TN. There will be options in the solicitation. There is no charge for the solicitation. This project is available on compact disk and download via web only. Project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package.
