- Description
- The Classification Code was originally 'T' and it now should be 'C -- Architect and engineering service.' The new description is as follows. Aerial Photography service for Grand Forks AFB, ND is being procured under the Brooks Act. One purchase order will be issued for complete Aerial Photography disciplines. A firm fixed-price purchase order is to be awarded with a performance period of 150 days. Significant evaluation factors in the order of relative importance are as follows: (1) Capacity for timely accomplishment of work. If you have a Quality Assurance process in your company, a brief description will need to be submitted. Also, we are requiring that you provide a brief explanation explaining/showing understanding of northern climate constraints to affective and timely photogrammatry by providing a brief schedule/milestone showing critical items/actions in accomplishing the work. (2) Geographic Location. The location of your home office, how you plan to get mobilized, the availability of on-site support, and any examples you can provide showing that you have mobilized to complete a project before. (3) Specialized experience and personnel qualifications in the areas of professional disciplines for this project. A brief description of the photogrammatric process including the software that you will be using to do this and your resources that you have available to do this project. (4) Professional Qualifications. A list of any and all industry/trade memberships, certifications, formal training and formal education of employees that would be working this project will need to be submitted. (5) Past Performance. A brief listing (approximately 3-5) similar type projects completed within the past three years. Include the number of acres, time of year, work performance, customer point of contact (name, phone number, and email), brief description of project. (6) Volume of DOD work. You must submit a list with the number of projects of similar work in the past few years if you ever done a project for DOD. Firms desiring consideration shall submit both SF 254 and SF 255. SF 254 and 255 are also required for consultants or joint firms. The selected firm will be required to submit project documents in current versions of Microsoft Word. This is not a request for proposal. Responses to this notice must be received by 10 Aug 01.
