Description

Janitorial services at the U.S. Coast Guard Group Air Station, North Bend, OR. The successful offeror will provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the performance of janitorial services at various facilities on the Federal installation. The period of performance is planned for 01 November 2001 through 30 September 2002, with four (4) one year option periods from 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2006. The solicitation will be issued on or about 14 August 2001, with a planned closing date of 10 September 2001. The janitorial services will be acquired under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5 -- Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. In addition, the solicitation will be issued via the Electronic Posting System at www.eps.gov under Vendors, DOT, United States Coast Guard, Commander (fcp) USCG Maintenance and Logistics Command -- Pacific, Alameda, CA. Telephone requests for the solicitation package will not be taken. The NAIC code is 561720, with a size standard of $12 Million.
