Description

This is notice of intent to procure on a Sole Source Basis with HAL Communications Corp, 1201 W. Kenyon Road, Urbana, IL 61801 to provide, install and test computer software and graphical users interface to remotely control 14 RACAL RA6790/GM radio receivers and 14 HAL ST-8000A HF modems. Remote control capability will be provided by interfacing the desktop PC controlling device and the RACAL RA/790/GM through HAL ST-8000A HF modems currently installed. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and is not a request for competitive quotes. This is a simplified acquisition; a formal solicitation will not be issued.
