- The USDA, Agricultural Research Service intends to enter into a single-source contract with CE Elantech, Inc., Lakewood, New Jersey. This contract is to procure a Flash EA1112 Combustion Nitrogen/Protein Analyzer, the CE Flash EA1112 OxyTune System "process and apparatus for elemental analysis with oxygen control" is covered under patent. This system shall be used to measure protein in cereal grains.
