- The General Services Administration (GSA), National Capital Region (NCR), Public Buildings Service (PBS) invites your participation in a learning session on the new preferred method of procuring security guard contract services. PBS has partnered with the Federal Supply Service (FSS) to promote the use of FSS Multiple Award Schedules for security guard services. We are inviting all firms that provide security guard services to participate in this session to learn more about this new procurement method. Contractors are urged to attend to receive information about how to become a federal supply schedule contractor, how PBS will use these schedules and much more. Contractors that are currently providing security guard services for GSA, NCR and are interested in continuing to do business with GSA, NCR are strongly encouraged to attend this session.
