Description

This is a synopsis for Home Oxygen Services for VISN 6 (VA Mid-Atlantic Health Care Network)located in Hampton, Richmond, and Salem, Virginia and Asheville, Durham, Fayetteville, and Salisbury, North Carolina, and Beckley, West Virginia. The contract is for Home Oxygen supplies and services, home visits, maintenance and repairs of Contractor rental and VA owned equipment, prescribed for eligible VA beneficiaries serviced by the VA Medical Centers located in VISN 6. The intended contract is for a base period of one year with four (4) one year option renewals periods. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621610, Home Health Services. This is a unrestricted commercial procurement. Large businesses, as defined by the NAICS code as a business with annual sales over $10 million dollars, will be responsible for developing a Small Business Sub-Contracting Plan, the plan must be submitted with the offer.
