Description

The synopsis that appeared in the July 19, 2001 edition is amended as follows: Contractor is responsible to provide professional medical and related comprehensive gynecological services to veteran patients. It is preferable that the services be provided at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center; however, services can be provided at the contractor's site (must be within 20 miles of Wilkes-Barre, PA). Contractor must be credentialed and priviledged prior to the commencement of the contract for services provided at this agency. The base period of this contract will be on/about October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, with four (4) one-year renewal options available to the Government.
