Description

The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 is soliciting proposals to provide speech pathology services. These services will be provided to beneficiaries at the Center For Aging (CFA), Department of Veterans Affairs Medical and Regional Office Center Honolulu, a facility within VISN 21. The CFA is a 60-bed geriatric rehabilitative extended care facility (nursing home) located on the grounds of Tripler Army Medical Campus, Honolulu, Hawaii. The period of performance will be for one base period with four one-year options to renew. The base period will be September 1, 2001 (or date of award) through August 31, 2002. Solicitation documents may be downloaded on or about August 8, 2001 at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Business Opportunities System website, http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm . Anyone requesting solicitation documents will be referred to this website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining all solicitation documents and amendments without further notification from the VA. Proposals with offeror's original signature are required, no website offers will be accepted.
