Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is F31610-02-Q-0026 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310 (for coding purposes only) and the small business size standard is $5.0 Million for this acquisition. This action will be pursued on a total small business set-aside. This procurement consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to Service and Maintain 7 Elevators at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors ? Commercial; the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government. The listed FAR clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference.
