Description

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) plans to issue a modification to Contract OSIA01-98-C-0008 to incorporate requirements for completion of the Data Preparation Facility (DPF) functionality in the Open Skies Management and Planning System (OSMAPS). In addition, the contract period of performance will be extended via incorporation of two 6 month optional periods beginning Oct 1, 2002 to allow for completion of the DPF support. Under the subject modification, Logicon Advanced Technologies will complete the DPF support services while continuing to provide Operations and Maintenance Support to the OSMAPS system. Based on Logicon's technical expertise and lack of a complete technical data package, DTRA believes that Logicon is the only source capable of providing the subject support within time and budgetary constraints.
