- The USDA Forest Service intends to award a sole source contract under the simplified acquisition process for IKONOS Satellite Imagery for our San Juan, PR Office. Contractor's who can compete with IKONOS' qualifications are urged to provide in writing such qualfications to the contracting officer listed above within 14 days from the issuance of this notice. Fax qualifications will be accepted at 610-557-4224. SIC is 4899. Estimated price range is $25,000 -- $50,000. There will be no solicitation. This project is NOT set-aside for small business.
