This solicitation which appeared in the CBDNet on 30 January 2001 and modified on 13th and 16th of February 2001 is modified as follows: In the Submission Requirements the date for the A-E Evaluation Board (Selection Board) which is tentatively schedule to commence on 15 August 2001 has been changed to 21 August 2001. Other other information published in the original synopsis and modification remains unchanged.
