Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Region 6, Olympic National Forest, is issuing a request for quotation for mollusk surveys on the Pacific Ranger District, Forks, Washington. This survey will be using the most current protocol on 1323 acres of the proposed Retire Timber Sale area. Data forms and maps documenting survey visits, locations of plots and locations of target species will be collected. GPS coordinates will be taken at any site that a Survey & Manage species is found. This solicitation OLY-1-37-O will be as issued on or about August 14, 2001, with quotes due September 13, 2001. The contract time is October 2001 through October 2002. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 115310, with a standard size of $5.0M. This acquisition will be advertised as Request for Quotations in accordance with FAR Part 13 and is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The Service Contract Act applies.
