- SOLICITATION CANCELLATION: CANCELLATION OF RFP DTCG23-01-R-THA089 ? SERVER SUITES & CLIENT WORKSTATIONS FOR DIFFERENTIAL GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM CONTROL STATIONS -- Request for Proposals (?RFP?) DTCG23-01-R-THA089 for server suites & client workstations for differential global positioning system control stations is hereby cancelled in full and all proposals that have been received are rejected. The cancelled solicitation was a technically acceptable/lowest price solicitation. The reason for this cancellation is due to the fact that no technically acceptable proposals were received. Therefore, vast changes in the technical requirements will be made. There are no further details as to how the customer intends to proceed. Offerors who responded to the cancelled solicitation will each receive individual written notification of this cancellation. The Contracting Officer thanks the offerors who initially responded to the cancelled RFP. Thank you for your interest in Coast Guard Requirements. NOTICE TO OFFERORS ? SOLICITATION OMBUDSMAN PROGRAM It is the policy of the Coast Guard to issue solicitations and make contract awards in a fair and timely manner. To further this policy, the Commandant has created the position of Solicitation Ombudsman who is empowered to investigate issues raised by prospective offerors and resolve them, where possible, without expensive and time-consuming litigation. Potential offerors who believe that a Coast Guard solicitation is unfair or otherwise defective should first direct their concerns to the cognizant contracting officer.
