Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Computer Technology Division, Eastern and Western Area Commands Branch (DTS41) intends to issue a sole source contract to Peoplesoft USA, Inc, 6903 Rockledge Drive, Two Democracy Center, Suite 1100, Bethesda, MD 20817 for the purchase of Peoplesoft Employee Portal Software, to include People Tools. This software will be delivered to DISA/DECC, Bldg 919 Langley St, Jacksonville Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL 32212-0070. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed products must indicate their interest within 3 days of this announcement. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. E:mail requests to diurbas@scott.disa.mil are acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the award of the contract.
